Welcome to the Healing and CPTSD Community Hub

Cultivating community among complex trauma survivors.

Feeling like you're facing the journey of healing from complex trauma alone?

We understand. --- It's not just the emotional, mental, and physical struggles—it's the isolation, too. When friends and family don't quite understand, it can be tough to find your people.

That's where we come in. The Healing and C-PTSD Community is here to break that cycle. We're a community built for those who truly get it, where your challenges are understood and your wins are celebrated. You're not defined by your trauma; you're someone with stories, dreams, and the potential for deep connections.

Welcome to The Healing and C-PTSD Community Hub—where you are seen, heard, and understood.

Here you are not alone, and together, we heal.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I saw you advertising a live community event and support circles - is this where we sign up for it?

  • Yes! Each month we host community events and member led support circles within the Healing and CPTSD Community Hub. You will be able to attend live, or watch the replay on the platform!

I live outside North America - how do the live events work with various time zones?

  • We do our best to accommodate as many time zones as possible, but prioritize North America as it is where we and most of our community lives. However, to accommodate the different time zones of our members, the live event schedule will vary from month to month. If you can’t join live, the event recordings will be available so you can watch it on your time. We have members from all over the world and would love to have you join us.

Do I need to be diagnosed with C-PTSD to join this group?

  • Nope! There are no requirements. If you consider yourself impacted by past trauma, or simply resonate with our community content, you are welcome to join!

What if I'm uncomfortable being on camera at events?
